The Cornerstone Society

Members of the Cornerstone Society invest in the future of the National Building Museum through their estate plans, building the Cornerstone Legacy Fund, and ensuring the relevance and security of the Musuem's collections, as well as the vitality and quality of exhibitions and education programs.

The Museum extends its gratitude to these philanthropists who are creating a legacy to inspire future stewards of the built environment.

During the 2012 Annual Cornerstone Society Luncheon, members were treated to a sneak preview of the Museum’s exhibition PLAY WORK BUILD. Cornerstone Society member and Washington Post contributor Roger K. Lewis produced a carton to commemorate the occasion.
