Green Community Teaching Kit: Now Available

With support from the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Building Museum is able to provide a limited number of Green Community Teaching Kits to teachers at no cost.

Teachers who work at K-12 schools in the United States are eligible to receive a Green Community Teaching Kit. The National Building Museum has created an introduction and training video for the kit, which is embedded below. Applicants should view the complete video.

After viewing the introduction and training video, apply for the kit using the form below. Once approved, the Museum will deliver a Green Community Teaching Kit at no cost. Applicants should be employed at a K-12 school in the United States. The Green Community Teaching Kit is recommended for use with students in grades 5-8. The Museum is able to accept one application per school.
