Ticketing Policies

Please note: Registration is required for all Museum programs unless otherwise noted. Registration is for event planning purposes only and does not guarantee a seat. Online registration for Museum programs closes one day before the scheduled date. Walk-in registration is available beginning one hour prior to each program and is based on availability. There is $10 minimum credit card charge for all programs. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 
Below are the National Building Museum's member levels and their respective ticket options for all events:

• Corinthian Corporate and Professional Circle members may order an unlimited number of member priced tickets.
• Corinthian Individual members may order two (2) free tickets and an unlimited number of member priced tickets by calling Christina Berkemeyer, Director of Individual Giving at 202.272.2448, ext. 3501.
• Family, Dual, and all Builder level members may order two (2) member priced tickets and an unlimited number of non-member priced tickets.
• Individual and Senior members may order one (1) member priced ticket and an unlimited number of non-member priced tickets.
• Student members may order one (1) student priced ticket and an unlimited number of non-member priced tickets.
• Non-members may order an unlimited number of non-member priced tickets.
• Non-member students may order one (1) student ticket.
