Community in the Aftermath is a three-year series that explores the Alternative Housing Pilot Program's efforts to develop more useful, readily available, and culturally appropriate post-disaster housing for Hurricane Katrina-ravaged areas. The Alternative Housing Pilot Program is a grant competition funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Lectures in the series follow the progress of the grant recipients' work and the program overall.
