Construction Watch Tours

When completed, Constitution Center in Southeast Washington, D.C., is expected to achieve LEED© Gold certification.  David Varner of SmithGroup and Ted Holt of James G. Davis Construction lead a tour of the 1.4 million square-foot renovation, which features a new blast resistant curtain wall system and one of this country’s first chilled beam HVAC systems.
