Learn about the future of Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates capital, and its efforts to create a carbon-neutral city in the Persian Gulf. Falah Al Ahbabi, General Manager, Urban Planning Council of Abu Dhabi Khaled Awad, Project Development Director, Masdar, Abu Dhabi; Jerome Clayton Glenn, Co-founder and Director, Millennium Project on Global Futures Resources; and Executive Director, American Council for the United Nations University Alex Krieger, FAIA, Professor in Practice of Urban Design, Graduate School of Design, Harvard University, will discuss their vision for the city and what the rest of the world stands to learn from Abu Dhabi with historians and futurists.
