Organized collaboratively by the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts (CFA), the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC), and the National Building Museum, this symposium helped shape the National Capital Framework Plan, a joint NCPC-CFA initiative to guide federal planning for Washington, DC in the 21st century.
