Dave Feldman, CEO of the Livability Project, defines a livable community and discusses how to build it “green”, manage it with involvement from all community stakeholders, and measure its effectiveness. Livability Project’s best known work is with Bethesda Green, a community initiative to sustain the current and future development of Bethesda, Maryland, by reducing its environmental footprint, attracting environmentally conscious consumers, and promoting an environmental ethic.
