Spotlight on Design

Audio from the National Building Museum

Presented By: National Building Museum
Date Recorded: February 23, 2008

For nearly 25 years, Kieran Timberlake Associates has designed holistic buildings that uniquely connect the site and program to people. Recipients of the 2008 Architecture Firm Award from the American Institute of Architects, Stephen Kieran, FAIA, and James Timberlake, FAIA, founding partners of the Philadelphia-based firm, will discuss their research-based approach to making architecture, which includes Loblolly House, an off-site-fabricated residence in Taylors Island, Maryland, and Sidwell Friends Middle School in Washington, DC.
