Carol Abrams, vice president for marketing and communications, joined the National Building Museum in 2010. Carol is an award-winning professional with a proven track record in communications and public outreach with a background in housing and community development. She has experience as New York City’s spokesperson on affordable housing for two mayors, chief communications officer for a public college, and a direct report to the CEOs of MetLife’s U.S. and Canadian operations. She has counseled senior management in reputation enhancement and stakeholder engagement. Abrams holds a BA in American Studies from Yale.
