Jeffery Lubell
Jeffrey M. Lubell is executive director of the Center for Housing Policy, a nonprofit research organization based in Washington, D.C. As the research affiliate of the National Housing Conference, the Center for Housing Policy works to broaden awareness of the nation’s housing challenges and to identify proven and promising policies to address those challenges. From 2000 to 2003, Lubell served as director of the policy development division of the Office of Policy Development and Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has also worked with the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and as an independent consultant specializing in the analysis of housing policies and programs. Lubell is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College and a member of the MacArthur Research Network on How Housing Matters for Children.
