How Robert Sainsbury and Norman Foster Built a Great Museum
WHAT
Prize-winning author, professor, and architecture critic Witold Rybczynski discusses his latest book, which tells the inside story of the United Kingdom’s Sainsbury Centre for the Visual Arts, Norman Foster’s first public commission. Rybczynski explores the founding of the Centre, the relationship between patron and architect and the inspiration behind Foster’s design. Rybczynski signs books after the program.
