Making Performance Public: Mandatory Disclosure of Energy Use in Buildings

Nearly a dozen municipalities across the country have passed new laws mandating property owners to measure and publicly release the energy use of their buildings. City representatives from Seattle, New York City and San Francisco will discuss the challenges of implementing new reporting requirements and the impact this information is having on local real estate markets.
